Stonewall Summer Pride Marketplace Vendor Registration

This years Marketplace will take place on Sunday, June 23rd from 11 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.  Vendors who wish to keep their booths open until 8:00 p.m. can do so as long as it has been arranged in advance.  
VENDOR REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
What follows is important information you will need to know to make your day a success and as stress free as possible.  

There are  changes this year so please read this completely before registering.

Vendor Marketplace Rules and Regulations

These rules and regulations have been established to ensure the safety of the event participants, you and your company's staff and and to comply with our insurance requirements.   Please review these rules and regulations carefully as they will be strictly enforced and any person or group in violation of these rules will have their vendor booth shut down without refund and be banned from future participation.
  1. Only premium booths are able to be powered with electric.  You may not run power to any booth on your own.  If you do this it will be disconnected and you will be fined $150.
  2. Cooking is not permitted in the booths without prior permission from Stonewall Summer Pride and appropriate permitting from the City of Wilton Manors.
  3. Alcohol and Beer Sales or Service is not permitted by vendors without prior approval from Stonewall Summer Pride. 
  4. All sales final, refunds can’t be provided.
  5. All vendors must conform to "event pricing".
  6. NO GLASS permitted on the drive. This includes bottles and all other glass items.
  7. Violations will result in suspension of operations without refund.

Arrival and Setup

Wilton Drive will be closed at 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 22nd from N.E. 20th Ave to 5 Points at Dixie Highway for day one of Stonewall Summer Pride which includes the Stonewall Summer Pride Twilight Parade.  The tents will go up overnight following the days events and vendor check-in opens at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday June 23rd.  NOTE:  Even though the drive will be closed from Saturday's events, it will take several hours for the tents to go up and once complete you can’t occupy your space until the city has completed their inspection and given the all clear.  It’s anticipated that inspections will be complete between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m.
  1. Vendors and exhibitors may begin checking in at 9:00 a.m. 
  2. Vendor check-in for 2013 has been completely redesigned.  All check-ins will be handled on a drive-through basis as you enter the setup area.  The will be two check-in locations.   At check-in you will be given your vendor booth number and directions to your booth.
  3. All vehicles must be removed from Wilton Drive by 10:30 a.m.  Vehicles should only be on the drive while unloading.  Once you have unloaded your vehicle, please go park and then come back to set up your booth. 
  4. Parking is available at any of the Stonewall Summer Pride lots for $10.  A map of all lots will be added to this website prior to the event.
  5. You can check-in and access Wilton Drive only at the following two locations.

From the South

You can check it at the far South end of Wilton Drive at the intersection of N.E. 20th Street near Tropics Restaurant and Dairy Queen. Drive North on Wilton Drive from 13th Street near Fort Lauderdale High School.

From the North

You can check in on the North end of Wilton Drive  at the intersection of Wilton Drive and N.E.  9th Ave between Texaco and Galanga.  You must enter 9th Ave from the North side at 26th Street. 

Booth Assignments and Space

All booth assignments are made by Stonewall Summer Pride and are FINAL.  If you have a preference to where your booth is located, please indicate your preference when you complete your online registration.  While we cannot guarantee your space request, we will try our best to accommodate you.  Keep in mind that major event sponsors do get premium booth locations first.  
  1. Any vendor that attempts to change booths or move tents will be shut down without refund and banned from future participation.  
  2. Sharing of booths by multiple vendors is not allowed without prior consent of Stonewall Summer Pride. 
  3. No motorized vehicles are allowed on Wilton Drive during the event without prior permission from Stonewall Summer Pride.  Any vendor wishing to display a vehicle must rent additional booth space for these vehicles.  If you do not want the tent, this can be arranged but you must let us know when your complete your online registration.
  4. All vendors must keep their materials in their booth space.  You can not spread your space outside of your booth space.  Feather flags and other signage for your booth is allowed as long as they are secured to ensure no risk of injury to attendees. 

Marketplace Hours

The Stonewall Summer Pride Street Festival and Marketplace officially opens at at 11:00 a.m.  All vendors must keep their booths open until 6:00 p.m. but you have the option of remaining open until 8:00 p.m.  If you think you will want to stay open until 8:00 p.m. please indicate this when you complete your online registration. 

Booth Breakdown and Loading

All vendors and exhibitors should breakdown their booths no later than 8:00 p.m.
  1. It is strongly recommended that you have something with wheels available to you so you can return your items to your vehicle.
  2. No vehicles will be allowed back on the drive until after the police have completed their sweep of the drive. We anticipate that this will occur at approximately 11:00 p.m.
  3. If you need to return to the drive with your vehicle after the event, please request a re-loading pass at check-in.
  4. Vehicles are only allowed back on the drive for loading purposes between 11:00 p.m. and midnight.
